How your data is handled
Walking Points is a personal project run from Denmark by Lars Rothschild Henriksen. This page covers the website and the waitlist. You can reach us about anything here at hello@walkingpoints.fm.
The waitlist
When you join, we store your email address and, if you fill it in, what you'd like your show to be about. We use it for one thing: to write to you about early access to Walking Points. We don't share it, sell it or add it to any other list.
- Legal basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
- Where it goes: the form is handled by Formspree, which passes each submission on to our email inbox.
- How long: until you get access or tell us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Visiting the site
This site sets no cookies and makes no requests to advertising or tracking services. The fonts are served from this site itself.
- Hosting: pages are delivered through Cloudflare from Google Cloud Storage. Both handle technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse; we don't receive or store it.
- Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
Providers outside the EU
Formspree, Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the providers' own safeguards under EU law, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent — just write to hello@walkingpoints.fm. If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
