Walking Points for Teams
Learning that fits the working day. Your people listen on the way to work, or on a walk during the working day: Take a break, get some air and learn at the same time. There are no course days to find in anyone's calendar, and an episode of about ten minutes fits between two meetings.
It is run by one person and an AI pipeline, with a human who stands behind what goes out. Every episode is made by AI, with two AI voices we call Mia and Adam, and every episode says so at the start. There are three ways to use it.
1. A learning programme, about eight weeks
Designed by a trainer with more than ten years in corporate training. It sits between a course library nobody follows up and a course that takes days out of the calendar.
- A shared audio track. Everyone covers the same track, at their own pace and in the order they choose.
- A personal episode every second week. It applies the track to that person's own job.
- A recall question after each episode. A few short questions bring the main points back.
- A few short questions in the app. In week two and at the end, so you see early, in the group report, whether it is working.
- A report for the group only. Never per person: You get no list of who listened to what, and no rankings.
250 kr. (about €34) a learner for a programme from the library, with a minimum of 10,000 kr. (about €1,340). Plus 12,000 kr. (about €1,610) for a programme designed for your firm.
A programme designed for your firm stays yours. Your material, your examples and your firm's name are never reused or shown to anyone, and the programme never joins the library.
2. A personal show for every employee, as a benefit
Each person gets a short show of their own, and everyone hears the firm's news once a week.
- One personal episode a week. Their news, or a deep dive they choose.
- One extra deep dive a month, on request.
- One shared episode a week with your firm's own news.
- A group report and one invoice.
199 kr. (about €27) a person a month, on a yearly agreement, for 10 people or more.
3. Executive briefings from your own material
Up to two short briefings a month, built only from documents your firm sends. No web search, and what the material does not say is not said.
- Every claim is listed with the passage it comes from, on a sheet that comes with each briefing.
- You approve before anyone hears it. Your contact person approves each briefing and its sheet in our review app, on the phone or the web.
- Your material is deleted on the date we agree, with a written confirmation. Backups can hold it for up to 30 days more.
2,500 kr. (about €335) a month on top of the executives' personal shows (see 2 above), or 7,500 kr. (about €1,005) a month on its own, whatever the size of the group.
All prices are in kroner with euros beside them, at 7.46 kr. to the euro, and exclude VAT. To a firm in another EU country the invoice is reverse charge. Every price is agreed with you in writing before anything starts. English only for now.
Security and data
The short version, as it is today. The full note for procurement and IT is yours on request: Ask for it in the form below.
- Your material stays yours. It is used to make your episodes, never enters the learning that tunes the public show, and is deleted when the work is done, on the date we agree. Backups can hold it for up to 30 days more.
- No tracking per person. You get no list of who listened to what, and there are no rankings or streaks. The one figure you can get is a team answer rate for the short questions after each part, from people who opted in, never who answered what. The site sets no cookies and our mail carries no tracking.
- Where it runs. Production moves to a rented server in a German data centre before any client's material is handled. We do not handle a client's material on the machine it runs on today. Episodes are stored in Google Cloud Storage and served over HTTPS through Cloudflare. Backups are encrypted and kept for 30 days.
- Who sees your material. Anthropic's Claude (United States) reads it to plan and check the series, and Google's Gemini (United States or EU) voices the script. A client who wants EU processing can opt in to Mistral (France) writing the script. Transcription happens on our own machine.
- Who you deal with. Walking Points is run by Lars Rothschild Henriksen from Denmark, who acts as your data processor. A company is planned, and the agreement can move to it on the same terms.
- What is not in place yet. No ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate, no independent penetration test, no single sign-on and no service level. Some of the processing agreements with the providers above are still to be signed, and the full note says which.
How the site itself handles your data is on the privacy page.
