Walking Points

A personal podcast · early access

Something worth walking for.

Walking Points makes you your own podcast. Episodes about your work, the news that concerns you and the things you're simply curious about — each told from one angle: why is this interesting for you? Twice a week or every weekday, whatever rhythm suits you, in the podcast app you already use.

1.6 kmWhy

I built it for myself

I was moving far too little during my working day. I'm bad at taking breaks and getting my steps in, and I know what that does to you over time — mentally and physically.

What finally worked wasn't willpower. It was having something to look forward to: an episode that's genuinely about my world, that I actually want to hear. That turned out to be the easiest reason to stand up, get outside and walk.

So that's what Walking Points makes: your own podcast about whatever you're interested in — topics from your work, news that's relevant to you, personal areas of curiosity — always from the angle of why it matters to you. I mostly listen on walks, but it works just as well for a workout, the commute, or anywhere else your ears are free.

2.4 kmHow it works

Three steps, then it just arrives

  1. Tell it what you care about

Your work, your field, the news you follow, the things you wonder about — and the angle every story should land through. Queue a topic whenever something deserves a whole episode.

  2. It does the homework

Before each episode it reads widely, writes a briefing from primary sources and turns it into audio — a conversation, or one voice talking straight to you. It remembers what it has already told you, so it doesn't repeat itself.

  3. You listen, and steer

Subscribe in any podcast app. A thumbs-up, or a note like “go deeper on the numbers”, shapes every episode after it.

3.2 kmThe difference

Not a news digest

Made for one person

Pitched at your level, through your lens. No explaining what you already know.

Why it matters to you

Every story comes with the question a digest never asks: what does this mean for you?

It remembers

Each episode knows what came before, and your feedback changes what comes next.

Sources included

Everything an episode draws on is linked in its show notes, for when something catches you.

Your rhythm, your app

As often as you like, in English or Danish. A private feed for Apple Podcasts, Overcast, Pocket Casts and the rest.

Not only for walks

The gym, the train, the dishes. Anywhere you'd rather learn something than scroll.

DetourFor teams

Walking Points for your organisation

Onboarding series, leadership development, a weekly briefing on your industry — each person gets their own show, built from your material and the wider world, in their own podcast app. Priced per seat.
